These terms set out the rules for using PostAnon, an anonymous sharing community operated by CodeReveal Pvt Ltd.

Use PostAnon thoughtfully

PostAnon lets people speak anonymously. Anonymity never gives permission to harm, expose, impersonate, threaten, or harass another person.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using PostAnon, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your country to use online services without parental consent.

2. The PostAnon service

PostAnon provides browser-based anonymous identities for sharing confessions, replies, polls, and community interactions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain the service, improve safety, or meet legal obligations.

We aim to preserve anonymity, but cannot promise that your identity will never be inferred from what you post, your device, your network, or other information. You are responsible for protecting your own privacy.

3. Community rules

You must use PostAnon lawfully and respectfully. Do not post, request, encourage, or share content that:

  • is illegal, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or intended to intimidate;
  • reveals another person’s private, identifying, confidential, or sensitive information without permission;
  • impersonates a person or organisation, spreads harmful misinformation, or attempts to deceive users;
  • contains spam, scams, malicious links, unauthorised advertising, or attempts to interfere with the service;
  • infringes another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights; or
  • encourages self-harm, violence, or dangerous activity.

4. Your content and responsibility

You remain responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to post it and that it complies with these Terms. By submitting content, you grant CodeReveal Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and moderate that content solely to operate, promote, protect, and improve PostAnon.

Content can be public and may be copied by other users. We are not responsible for how other people use content you choose to make public.

5. Moderation, reports and safety

We may review, filter, hide, remove, preserve, or report content and restrict access when we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, the law, or user safety. We may act without prior notice. Moderation does not guarantee that every harmful item will be found or removed.

PostAnon is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or crisis support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis-support provider right away.

6. Disclaimers and liability

PostAnon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CodeReveal Pvt Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable service, and does not endorse user-generated content.

To the extent permitted by law, CodeReveal Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, PostAnon. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes and governing law

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CodeReveal Pvt Ltd, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
