Im missing him, like the usual but is it not right to look and check for other options? I mean, I felt bored and needed to talk to someone and he never gets the available time when Im free to talk. He is busy with work but I do love him.

Maybe you like him but not love him, it's different . Sounds like you waste both of your time. Being a good person doesn't mean being the right one for each other.
