idk how to get my hemorrhoids gone . im so pissed off

I know there is a God, but I don't trust Him to help me... does belief in this way even mean anything? I feel like giving up already and should stop coaxing myself to pray and whatnot...

My guy classmate just told the other guy who talks to me that he shouldn't talk to me because i have a big face:((( it literally made me lose my confident but i acted i didn't care cause i didnt want them to know that their words did effect on me but earlier i got called for having a big nose it was a kid but it did make me lose composure and i instantly cry and look down on the floor silently crying im so pathetic
